Commercial & Community Club needs your involvement. Please plan to attend the next meeting - first Monday of each month, 5:00 pm at City Hall.

Cowan Train Museum
Although closed for the winter season, the Museum has many projects we hope to complete during the downtime.  Leave a message at 967-3078 or visit our website.

Cowan Welcome Center
Welcome Ambassador – Welcome visitors to Cowan and offer assistance, answer questions, provide directions and information, and make them feel comfortable. Keep our Welcome Center clean. (4 hour shift, once or twice per week)

Cowan Comments: Is there something you're passionate about? Write an article, or jot down some notes and we'll help you smooth out the rough edges. Send a letter to the editor. Suggest content for the next issue.

Have a business in town? Advertise in the Cowan Comments for as low as $25 a month.

Volunteers are also needed to conduct interviews, sell ads, and more.

Cowan Volunteer Fire Department: Needs men and women for multiple positions: driving fire trucks, help with paperwork, basic maintenance at the stations and even washing the fire trucks. Older volunteers are critical to the mission and a few hours per week would make a big difference.

Cowan Train Park
Committee member - Members will meet to provide design, fundraising, hands-on maintenance and continued planning for our beautiful Train Park.
